When entering into the mortgage process with our team, everything from meetings, possible research, the process, to the analysis, is done face-to-face in a virtual context.

So, what exactly does that mean?

Well, for a start we are paperless, so all of our correspondence and documentation are managed electronically. Better for the environment, easier and far more seamless for you and for us. Because of this, our communication is fast and efficient. It’s also safe! When we meet, we still see and get to know one another, but via video. Relationships are important to us, and we enjoy making friends out of clients. By meeting via video, you save time and money as you don’t need to travel. You’re in the comfort of your own home (pets, coffee, warm socks) and we can meet with ease. We realize that every client is different, with specific mortgage needs according to circumstances, and that is why we don’t treat your mortgage like a commodity. Working virtually lets us be more flexible – giving space to do things a way that ensures you’re comfortable.

We exist to help clients own real estate by arranging sustainable mortgages for them in the spirit of being mortgage-free faster. Virtually. That’s all it is!
